Today
is another cold and rainy day, I decided to have a bowl of ramen to warm myself
up.
This
is my second visit to Men-Ichi Japanese Ramen.
This
time I had the Shoyu Tonkutsu Ramen.
It’s
rather similar to what I had the last time, with the rich white broth, bamboo
shoots, and perfectly half-boiled egg and char siew.
Except
this time, this time the broth is a slightly saltier and thick white noodle is
used instead.
Shoyu
means soy sauce in Japanese.
