I was feeling lazy, but I knew that I would get a headache if I don’t
get out of the house, so I made myself take a bus to Tampines to have dinner at
Shin-Sapporo Ramen.
I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and I asked for additional noodles.
Frankly speaking, I am a little disappointed. The broth is a little too
salty for my liking, and the additional noodles come in a side plate. It’s all
hard and caked-together by the time I was ready to add it to the soup.
