It was Chinese New Year, and I wanted to bring my parents out for a good meal. My parents are more health-conscious now that my Dad is sick and I remembered seeing this restaurant called LingZhi Restaurant in Velocity. My parents liked my suggested so we had dinner there.
We decided to go for the Mushroom Steamboat. I love mushrooms, so this is right up my alley.
There are rice cakes as desserts, and they are delicious! I couldn't get enough of them. There are two flavors: red bean and corn. Both my Dad and I agree the corn tastes more like durian.
This restaurant is a little more expensive than regular steamboat, but it's a great place to bring your parents. They will appreciate that you care for their health.
