The Manhattan Fish Market: Really Bad

Boyfriend came to have lunch with me and both of us did not carry any cash so we had to look for a restaurant where we can pay for our meal with credit card.

The Manhattan Fish Market seemed like the safest option, so we settled on there.

I decided to have the lunch promotion of Small Grill with a Cream of Mushroom Soup and a Iced Lemon Tea.

Cream of Mushroom Soup was better than I expected. It actually tasted like mushroom soup and even had bits of mushroom in it.

Small Grill, however, was a huge disappointment. The tiger prawns are grilled for too long till they taste old, calamari is about the only thing that is still edible in this plate, dory fillet has a fishy taste, chips are soggy, vegetables are cooked for too long till they are soggy, and the Garlic Herb rice tastes like nothing its supposed to taste like.

Maybe it's because of the lunch crowd, the sudden influx caused the quality to drop, but I don't think that this is acceptable.
