Dreams
I was born a dreamer,
This, I have always known.
I love to dream,
Every bit of it.
I dreamt of own a bungalow,
Everyone living together.
Throw in a dog and two kids,
And my life will be complete.
I dreamt of getting paid,
Doing the things I love.
Eating, sleeping, loving, laughing,
All in a day's work.
But as I grew older,
The harsh realities of life set in.
I forgot how to dream,
And my dreams disappeared.
A life without dreams,
Is pretty meaningless.
What's there to love,
When all your passion's gone.
Then, an opportunity came by,
And I got to know new friends.
They taught me how to dreams,
And I was alive once again.
I was born a dreamer,
This, I have always known.
I love to dream,
Every bit of it.
I dreamt of own a bungalow,
Everyone living together.
Throw in a dog and two kids,
And my life will be complete.
I dreamt of getting paid,
Doing the things I love.
Eating, sleeping, loving, laughing,
All in a day's work.
But as I grew older,
The harsh realities of life set in.
I forgot how to dream,
And my dreams disappeared.
A life without dreams,
Is pretty meaningless.
What's there to love,
When all your passion's gone.
Then, an opportunity came by,
And I got to know new friends.
They taught me how to dreams,
And I was alive once again.
