Once again, I had lunch at Shin-Sapporo Ramen before going to gym.
This time, I ordered the Shio Ramen. Shio means salt in Japanese, so Shio Ramen is essentially "salt ramen".
I was expecting the broth to be more salty, but it is delightfully light and tasty. The usual ingredients are all there: seaweed, chashu, bamboo shoots and half-boiled egg.
Itadakimasu!
