With the NUSS Guild House just a few floors above us, it's impossible not to have dined there at least a few times. With doctors who loves the food there, I have had the privilege of dining there quite a few times.
My colleagues and I are crazy about the Hainanese Pork Chop.
The pork chop is wrapped in a layer of bread crumb batter and deep fried till golden. The skin is delightfully crispy, while the meat inside is tender and juicy. The sweet and sour sauce adds such a kick. Add a bowl of streaming white rice and a seasonal salad and you have a delicious meal.
