Chcolate Origin: Cuppa Lava Cake

Ever since I laid my eyes on the Cuppa Lava Cake at the basement of Bugis Junction, I have not stopped thinking about it ever since.

I finally got to try it after a fantastic meal at Fish & Co with Mariem.

It looks simple, but the taste is something I will not forget in a long while. The chocolate lava cake is seated on a bed of vanilla ice-cream. The chocolate lava cake itself is not overly sweet but it is very dense and smooth, and hot chocolate lava oozes out when you dig in. The dense chocolate cake and cold vanilla ice-cream compliments each other perfectly. Priced at $5, it is indulgence everyone can enjoy.
