Since I was going to have dinner anyway, I
thought I would treat myself to a good meal, and there is nothing better than a
warm bowl of ramen.
Here I am at Men-Ichi again, this time I
ordered Wafu Tonkotsu Ramen with extra noodles.
Wafu means “Japanese style”, but I don’t really
see much difference from tonkotsu ramen. It’s still the same white thick broth
and accompanying ingredients.
It is delicious and the extra noodles make the
meal even more satisfying.
